  The food was good but the service was terrible. They forgot many things we asked for and brought incorrect food(I ordered chilli-cheese fries and was given cheese fries). when I talked to an employee to correct the problem it took over 10 minutes to bring out the proper food. I had to page them back because the seemed to have forgotten about it. I won't eat there again.

  Last time I was here it was in need of a remodel ... showing it's age. Good food though.

  The food is good, that much I will say but after that the establishment is in desperate need of help. The management is lacking essential skills and direction. My son worked there and was very proud to be a part of the team. Unfortunately he had to quit so he gave two weeks notice. He was not allowed to work a single minute after that shift. There are signs posting help wanted all over but when asked the management said he wasn't needed. Very poor form!
  
  We are grateful for the opportunity for him to have been a part of the team and to learn new skills. Hopefully the owner can resolve the issues and the store can achieve its potential.

  food is good service is not. they forgot part of my order and promised to send coupons for the oops. 3 weeks and 3 call later ,nothing yet.
