  I've been a daily patron of this Starbucks for about three years. The only reason I don't give five stars is because of the Starbucks is Tucson AZ. Customer service is very important. You order a beverage , maybe five, and you stand there for 25minutes waiting while people ordering after you get their drinks and leave. Not once was I asked "are you waiting for something?" Well apparabtly our order disappeared. But since I'm patient and no one asked me we waited. Finally my not so patient brother, visiting from AZ asked. I feel like they definitely lack customer service. Depending on the crew that is working and time of day my "usual" drink can be drastically different. In not too happy about that but I drink it. Tucson will gladly remake drinks and suggest things to change up my usual. I wish they did that here. All in all, clean, professional and semi friendly.

  There's always a wait and they're pretty slow making drinks. The drive thru always gets taken care of first. Even if you just order a black coffee plain youll be waiting minimum 5 mins.

  I'm always getting horrible service when I'm here. Whether it be the rude baristas (both in person and on the phone), or them messing up my orders. Today was my last visit; placed an app order that was meant to be timed, and was met with incredible rudeness on the phone, as well as another messed up order, even after repeating it to the girl I talked to.
