I believe the quality of their drinks are not worth the price. I am an avid coffee/latte/americano drinker, and compared to other places in town, Lou's is not worth your time. I used to get their Salted Caramel Mocha, but it was bland the last time I got it.

I'm not sure how this place is still open...The food is terrible, and the delivery service is even worse. On multiple occasions it has taken them 2 HOURS to deliver to offices at UWO. Would not recommend.
