  I enjoy going there but the seating is cramped, not much room at all and when it gets busy, its chaotic. They need a bigger place. Prices are high and there have been a couple of times when I had coffee that it was just a few degrees above warm. If I am paying a couple of bucks for coffee I want it to be hot. I think the girls that work there are friendly and polite and basically pleasant but the owner of the place.....well lets just say I am not a big fan of. She's not very friendly and seems more disconnected than anything else, her social skills are lacking. She needs to be more pleasant towards the customers, after all its the customers that keep Caramel Crisps doors open. Show some appreciation, right?
  
  If the prices were lower and the seating was more comfortable I would give this place 5 *.
  Half of the times that I've been there I've been somewhat disappointed and the other half my experience was just mediocre and not much to talk about. There's nothing real outstanding or special about Caramel Crisp, at least not in my opinion.
  
  I'm not saying this is not a good place to visit but by far not the best place that a person could go to in Oshkosh to relax and enjoy some food. Overrated by some for sure. I am glad that they have free WiFi because that is definitely a plus and for sure it is one of the things I am guessing that keeps some people coming back.

  At Oshkosh on business and popped in here because it was close to the hotel. Immediately I was drawn to the case of cookies and pies. If you like desserts, this should be your new jam because they are phenomenal. And at least from where I come from, perfectly priced (in response to another post about stuff being costly). Plus, I'm a sucker for friendly staff, and this place had it every time I popped in. Whenever I'm in town, I'll surely be back.
